Job security is good. And maintaining work -life balance is easier. Good for people who are in the later half of their career.

Though initial offered salary is high, annual increments are very poor(max 10% of basic salary) even for excellent performers. Work assigned is not as per your capability. Hardly offers any chance for learning new things and skills. Industry experience is limited to this product field only. Will not help in other companies.

Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.

Dislikes

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 2-3% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.
