Career growth is only possible if you sacrifice your work life balance and give 24 X 7 to this company. Travel policy is very uncomfortable, sales offices are in slummy conditions. No innovative ideas entertained, and politics is moderate.

...nly, you are bound to do what you are said, otherwise you ll lose job security. Exide employees who are working here too are very frustrated but are continuing because after all salary is required to arrange food.

Its a proud feeling to work with a company who has been a market leader for more than 70 years in lead acid storage battery segment. Company is strickly policy driven. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a national wide client base.

1. You have to stay whole night in office on month end 2. Every day meeting in meet with same speach again and again 3. Abusive language used by RSM and ASM 4. Personal attack and personal talk like ( teri kiti gf he meri 5 he said by ASM) 5. Mentally harashmet by ASM & RSM 6. No support by ASM just fake promishes 7. ASM come to market after 4pm before that he was in home taking his meal when ever you call him 8. No support from ASM When he was with us in feeld just rubish talk 9. ASM dot do any thing just talk 10. Be aware of "chatu employe" 11. OLD ASM was very supportiv 12. Too much poltics towrds hard work employe 13. You will judge by your carecter 14. RSM will make jock on you in wp group and harash you with pics Dont join in GUJARAT Territory if you are planning

Only good thing is big brand name. Salary comes on time..

Toxic work atmosphere..no work life balance. Lots of work load .. salary not upto market level. Favouritism is too much. Daily Google meet irritate u.
