The working culture of Exicom Tele-System Limited is very very very nice. Employee can easily learn much more things from here without worry about work load.

Exicom mostly hired employees as off role. The increment in salary and promotion is very very vey bad here even if you do any great thing here.

No promotion, No increment, No future growth , and the worst part is HR deduct salary without any satisfaction resion,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but growth is very slow.
