No support. All are working in office. Less chances of working from home

Dislikes

Salaries not on time No transparency in communication No work life balance Management is very bad Worst work culture No process in any of the workflow No benefits Employee treatment is very bad They can remove you anytime Management doesn't treat all employees equally. Zero professionalism at work. R& D management is next to worst
