Good pay if you are a deserving candidate. Good work life balance since its a product company, but will depend on ur team and manager. Company policies seem a little outdated but I have seen them changing recently for good, so it seems that this company will go a long way in future.

1. Work-life balance is poor. 2. Mandatory 8hrs working. 3. No compensation and increment is very less. 4, Management is supreme and HR are puppet of management. 5. During pandemic company forced employees to work from Pune and pressure them to visit office every week. 6. Too much politics as peoples are here for more than 10 years really do nothing and force juniors to do all the things, managers are also helping them in every path. 7. Some people are not working at all they just spend there day roaming around, checking mail, drinking tea and gossiping, whereas other people are working day and night but at the time of increment everyone gets the similar shares. 8. Career growth is stagnate. 9. There is no or very less on-job training and seniors aren't really helping new joinee, they make sure every mistake on new joinee is counted and information goes to managers.

Team members are helping and good working environment

Dislikes

Less or no benefit for employees compensation and growth. Bad politics and decision will be made already then it is just formality of discussion. No outing or team parties. Reimbursement policy sometimes pathetic and sucks

Exfo is great company with great products. Currently Exfo is working on Angular, Java, C++, TCL and Python technologies. Getting a developer role is hard in exfo.

Dislikes

Compensation given by the company is low apart from that I don't think any problem.
