Good place for Married women's Best place to work for people who are not depended on monthly salary for the commitments

Dislikes

Less salary package No respect for Employees Always delay in salary as you will have to beg for your own salary every month. No incentives No proper documentation Fake promises- Initially they say to give closures later on if you ask for hike they say you to quit company. purposefully contacting recruiters at sharp log out time for one or the other reason.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
