I strongly recommend to not join this company. I was working in a legal team. please don't Jon guys if you are a law graduate. because they don't know the basic discipline snd respect. very low mind set. people and management are so toxic.

They give 30mins break for 9hours work..

...t company in the world. Eventhough there is no input we should give them output. They had night shift of 9pm to 6am but sometimes they want us to work extra hours without any overtime pay. The teamleaders blame each other and they had no coperations which burdens all employees.As per company privacy rules open source cloud drives are not allowed but they use Google drive and whatsapp. There is no increment. They pay you extra amount for extra work which is very less and the amount depends upon the team leaders mood.

...finitely you will enjoy working on this company and stay in your memory forever. You will get low salary but work press is less then 0.01% only. You will ask to work on any previous company you liked means i choose excela(source HOV) with out opening eyes

BA leads are like money lender they can call you anytime. No job security, full office politics. BA leads are there to steal your credit without doing any tasks.

It's a very adamant and dominanted Team leaders on here . The team leaders are very provoke . There thinking about our side argument is only correct. HOV THANJAVUR side have a most irritating and domination team leaders
