It's a biased company. Only referenced persons and office politics persons will get good hike. There is no good hike for hard working professionals. This company management is very dangerous as they assign 3 members work to 1 hard working person and gives increment only 2000. There is no recognition and the process are also very old and slow processes. If a person resigns they won't recruit anyone. I never expected this kind of management. Very disappointed and unsatisfied and no work life balance. Management targets employees who asks justice such a useless and unprofessional Management. I feel regret for joining in this company. Very unsatisfied with this company both economically and professionally and also Management also very bad. It's not a standard company it's very non standard company.

Company MD & PM is well educated & know the thing what's going on, no delay on payment got canteen & bus service.

HR & admin are rude not working properly behave like government office will not listen your any suggestion or request & the old employee will poke you with out any reason. Electrical manger is very short tamper use foul language no one work with him for to long

Everything handled by MD. .We don't want suggest anything.because he has giant in tyre industry.largest Indian outsourcing setup and very good bottom level employees management.

HR. .Highly cunning professional.once pointed out immediately sending out without any notice.except corporate HR other guys are rude and spy.MD believing his words only..Who ever jalra to HR easily mingle and promoted every year.
