Worst company, force to put good reviews on glass dor and other social media sites. All the positive reviews are from their own employees and it's fake. Too much pressure, no work life balance, they will make you work even on holidays. Just for name sake it's Mon to Friday working but u will be pressurise to work after office hours and weekends too. Think twice before joining.

Dislikes

Total negative atmosphere in the company, too much attrition rate. They always have vacancy in their company. People join and leave within few days. No job security at all. Directors are really worst of the organisation, no work ethics. They present their company as number 1 on social media by fake reviews and posts but everything is fake. Don't ruin ur career better find some other firm to work. Beware ⚠️

Dislikes

Many things and reasons of not to like about this company. If you want to lose your confidence, to get humiliated, to spoil your career then only join here. This place is full of politics, promoter dominant, no flexible hours, no monetory growth, no incentives, no appreciation of your good work, etc etc etc. The culture is like "shut your mouth and just do a work, no need to give any suggestions, you are here to follow our instructions. That's it." May be if you are a chamcha of promoter then you will be better paid. By the way nobody is team player. No team outings, no birthday wishes/celebrations, you are not supposed to celebrate your birthday in the office. Management will not wish you on your any good ocassion. Promoter and management play divide and rule. Here, you can't use your lunch time also to relax a bit. It's a prison for 9.00am to whtever time but you won't be free before 6.30pm
