It is great experience with executive ship management. It is my parent company where i have improved my skills and knowledge, job security, work culture, company policies and management is upto the mark in executive ship management.

Dislikes

Due to high competition, salary of experienced operation level engineers is limited and career growth is slow. Contract days for working onboard is higher, limited shore leaves.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company is good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Pressure and internal politics are high. Work timings are not fixed very often it gets extended due to work load

Employees on 3 rd party pay roll dnt get enough compensation also working with sister company employees from main company bully for silliest reasons.
