... it was my life's biggest mistake that joined the company. no HR is supportive. no salary on time. even they did fake promises for incentive. and gave nothing. this is the worst organization I have seen in my life.

Work life balance is worst. Will have to work even if you are on leave. There is nothing like personal life here. Favouritism persists here for growth opportunity. Internal management politics can also be found here.

There were great work environment. People compensated fairly for their work and given many opportunities to grow and learn new things in there field of work.

...n is must needed in terms of their motivation and inspiration which was missing. Reimbursement benefits, referral bonus and no bonus on Diwali were a true disappointment for an employee.

Department ( Sales ) On this sales department floor ever TL And Floor Manager are with negative thoughts and they will always demotivate you and you will always see floor manager abusive and you never know when she might turn on you and start insulting you. They never let you take leave, according to them even if you are in the hospital bed having glucose you have to present in the office with it. And they are ready to fired you. My experience is worst till now...
