There is no job security and management take quick decision against employee whether he or she is working for long times. And meaningless of appraisal for increment because everything has decided so felt very bad experience with this company

The only thing which i like about is company but apart from company the account dept. environment and culture is involved politics,misbehavior,mismanagement,training not properly provided, nature of Seniors and managers are not tolerable.

Bias and discriminations in work between girls and boys...when boy stay longer in office for work but not girl , also about salary that they provide to the new joinee is higher then the one who already working for the company for the same roles is low. Human behaviour of managers are not good.

Still follows outdated Sandwich leave policy. During Probation only LWP(leave without pay) followed. No WFH . Saturday working. Poor work-life balance. Expected to work beyond official work hour without pay.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
