I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined. The food options are terrible, and they run out early every day.

The leadership is out of touch with employee needs and concerns. They let go of workers with zero notice. The instability here is unbearable.

The lack of recognition for hard work makes it feel pointless; I dread going into the office. There’s a lack of accountability; bad behavior goes unpunished.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. There’s a lack of training and support for new hires. I felt lost and overwhelmed from day one. You can’t enjoy the perks when you’re chained to your desk.
