work life balance,contributed helped me to achieve ICF/IFCA & WACS Member certification made lot of difference between 20yrs exp . vs certified professional after 10 yrs gap. i have received Malaysia VISA Afresh to join fantasy Island as Chef Butcher,after 2008 1st Land Visa in LIFE -10 Yrs gap @43 Yrs saying age bar because of company support & good will. now expired on 3rd DEC & contract finished to be renewed. from RCCL CRUISES Crew:436484 from real industry, had Akshaya Patra educational tour kandi kitchen/tourism, taught additional subjects like environmental studies/hygiene- HACCP/Nutrition/FOOD PRODUCTION- QTK,ATK,BTK, I was given opportunity to take students to next level participating in culinary competitions/IHM-H Budding professionals even my students won credentials vaasav,praneeth,rajeshwar,bhavani p.l,naga sai bhavani, sports ACP Association of catering Professionals-2018...... successfull with Osmania Univ. affiliation..... i have travelled to Amritsar for World Food Heritage Summit -2018 only candidate from Excellency , only one among 2 candidates from Telugu states along with Chef Sudhakar Rao. Thankfull to Chef Nageshwar as well Shekar sir ,Suvarna Mam&Excellency Team .
