The company is great for initial Period of career and learning phase. However, it heavily relies on the effectiveness of your manager or team leader. The company has implemented remote work options since the onset of covid. The infrastructure and office facilities are good. And the compensate and other benefits provided are good. Additionally, company follows five day work a week. One notable aspect is that, it’s easy to settle in comfort zone within the company which can see as an advantage if you are looking for long term associations.

...till years. One day company will stop giving you appraisal or may be fire you. After 5-10 years in same company with good package, no one will hire you with the knowledge you have. You will be handicapped.

All work is on AI; even you have to do the coading part with AI.

It feels like the principle is constantly watching you.One time the CEO forced me to share SS on the road.The CEO is not prolite.If you are really in position when there is no job offer, join this for a start and leave as soon as you get any better option.No work culture. I had met one employee there, and he said to me that he has to work even on Diwali.

Nothing is good in this company don't join

Dislikes

This company is not good for fresher .I will suggest don't join if you are a freshers they will fire in 1 week without notifying and just hire don't attend calls. Don't join this company their communication is very poor

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
