The company has implemented remote work options since the onset of covid. The infrastructure and office facilities are good. And the compensate and other benefits provided are good. Additionally, company follows five day work a week. One notable aspect is that, it’s easy to settle in comfort zone within the company which can see as an advantage if you are looking for long term associations.

...till years. One day company will stop giving you appraisal or may be fire you. After 5-10 years in same company with good package, no one will hire you with the knowledge you have. You will be handicapped.

This company is not good for fresher .I will suggest don't join if you are a freshers they will fire in 1 week without notifying and just hire don't attend calls. Don't join this company their communication is very poor

Company fire employees without any reason. I have never seen this worst type company in my life. They give 5000 for 3 to 5 months and after that they fired without any reason and notice period.
