...syllabus will not be covered on time Or else will be covered in fast forward For those who are joining ( No growth in salary, Unnecessary Meetings, Travelling expenses are very less , poor management , toxic work environment ) all three directors are like Dictator ,arrogant and rude No respect for Teachers.

Excellence is looting people hard- work, take advantage of employees need for job current staff is very bad bad behavior of Branch head looks like he is running officer team management do not take evolvement lack of ownership Untreated and unprofessional behavior very bad experience for me i keep running for lecture here and there no syllabus is on important salary is delayed and delayed using money don't know where students not happy with service students career is at risk I will not sugges tany one to join here

Overall working culture is very friendly, work life balance is maintain, it is growing company which helps the employees also to grow with them, employees ssuggestions are considered, i like to work in such culture were your suggestions are valued.Teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

As it is growing company many changes take place and it take time to accept them and implement them on employee part. Otherwise everything is good to go.
