Full of politics,everyone are managers there,wondering who is going to work finally,it is inverted pyramid,more managers and less resources to work,old technologies, no one care about improving technologies, still all modules are in java 1.5 or lesser with jsp.no process anyone can deploy in production

They never care about employees . Work pressure is too much. There will be no team work i ever experienced with Bangalore team,but with chennai even they are not from my team and my tech they worked as team.
