Salaries are not paid on time, and promotions often come with titles but without corresponding salary increases or authority. Favoritism is rampant, with uneducated relatives and individuals from the director's village being given preference. Employees are frequently targeted, with salaries withheld for 5-6 months, and once they leave, they are not paid a single penny. The management is extremely arrogant and ego-driven. There are numerous other issues, but in short, I strongly recommend against joining. Most of the remaining employees are relatives of the management.
