...d given us the permission any one willing to work staying in company can do job.No one will taken out and no salary cut.Due to no manpower heavy job movemnt kept hold and providing food to all wokers in covid19

Dislikes

Dislike is salary low this year no increment.daily use items price increase but salary remain same.In covid no help from management and my co workers sent out becoz of retierment 58yrs in covid 19 period how he will feed his family this time if he out with out any source

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
