Very bad company in entire India for any employee.

Dislikes

The owner plays politics with his employees and treat the employees as his own servants. Owner has split personality disorder and give false promises to his customers and employees. Both owner and his wife do politics in the company and interfering in the work resulting in mental trauma. The unskilled people and unskilled management solely there to ruin employee motivation. All the products are copied from competitors. No new design no planning. Anyone thinking of working in Excel enclosures will have to be ready for mental harassment. Very poor ethics. No roadmap for delivery and production. Overall poor management and worst company in India to work and to be a customer of them.
