Not a single thing to like . Very bad company in entire pune.

Dislikes

This is the worst company to work with. The owner plays with the emotions of the employees and give false assurances. Very bad company. Owner himself plays politics with his employees according to his needs. I suggest no one should be in this company. Very negative environment.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
