Missing key position jobs. Key positions are of no power, ultimate power is with owner of the company. HR are really of no use and can be trusted as their decisions can be override by anything.

Work life balance willnot be there but not for all only some ppl like if you are a devops guy or a data engineer.

It's a great place to work and the company works on cutting edge technologies. People are very helpful and treat employees like family members. International work exposure with teams across diverse geographies
