It imparts such a way that the employee in the organisation will inculcate trasformational leadership qualities and enhance solution oriented approach, resourefulness, planning, budgeting, organizing, establishing teaching and management skills through out the service in a phased manner. Hence one can groom and fit like a best leader in the bussiness/any entity. His attitube and behaviour resembles only IAF culture(Organisation Culture) that is work for the organisation and accomplish the goals of organisation.
