Excellent training given by experienced trainers. Teammates are supportive and inspiring. Working at EWAC I get many opportunities to try innovative ideas. Phenomenal learning atmosphere. One thing I can proudly say, one can get many learning opportunities.

Growth in career is slow.(i.e promotions) Salary at initial level is less.

It was a good company to work with at the time of L&T now the work culture is not good.

...ement is trans parent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary Hike and bonus namaste every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joinee.

The company is focussed in providing an exceptional platform to re-learn concepts of engineering applicable for industrial repair. They give lot of importance in knowledge enhancement and value based selling.
