...bout this company. I would never recommend even my enemy to join this company... They pay and get false positive comments in Glassdoor and other website... Employees who have worked here know the pain... 90 days notice is mandatory and they won't even let go anyone a single day earlier... Even if the employee is ready to pay the client billing cost...

Work Culture is good and work life balance with decent package in small city more than enough for freshers. Good company to start your career initially you will learn. Job security is there

Dislikes

No trainings to update your skills and no innovation is there in mind of senior level people. You will feel stuck there after some time no support as well your career growth rate will get slow down

I see more opportunities to travel and work with clients directly, hence employees here had much explosure and confident about what they are working here.

Salary is less, some times I see micro management in the team, which may lead to cold wars between co employees.
