...rs 7) Micro Level management form managers causing demotivation to employees. 8) Less onsite opportunities and though given with such opportunities, Indian management does not offer the actual pay given by the onsite management, instead they offer the least pay as allowance and not even an onsite pay is given. This is not a good attitude for a product company. 9) Show billing for 8.5 hrs. but making us work for 16 hours. 10) though there is an allocation of 10 hrs. of some work, manager will expect us to work in 2 hrs. including adhoc works such as PPT, QC metrics, lesson leant etc., 11) Making us work offline on tacking leave even when we are not willing to work. 12) No work life balance. 13) Less time given for Juniors and laterals to understand the project and do the job with zero QC error. Pressure given during trainings to such resources. 14) Higher level management not bothered about such complaints raised against the mid-level managers. Overall management is too bad. 15) Overall, there are lots and lots more to expose about this company management, but unfortunately i cant type much here. Guys pls escape if you get an offer from this company!

Good team members, Not much pressure from overseas team, but internal management pushes to reduce time and leading to decrease in quality.

Dislikes

Management is worse, especially Umar and Nagaraj, please do not join their teams. You'll be working 15 hrs a day nd they will still give you no consideration for appraisal.

Evoqua water technologies was excellent company. Good benifits and good knowledge gaining. Our team was a great team.

There is no job security. After xylem acquisition our total work and everything lost.
