1. If you are a workaholic and you want to experience a good standard MNC culture. Then this is a good organization. 2. Salary, flexible timings, WFH, Team dinner's, occasional events. 3. Good leave policies.

Dislikes

1. Deadlines for projects. 2. Depending on your lead engineer you'll have the work stress. 3. Late night meetings.

Company Infrastructure and flexibility in timings is good.

Dislikes

1) Very much pressurized environment as there is a master slave relation with managers. 2) Fake managers who are only doing excel scroll up scroll down and watching Vijay TV serials in YouTube, simply push work to others, and pretend as though they take all responsibilities to save many hours by sucking team mates' blood. 3) Lot of politics between employees and management. 4) Domination over employees from managers end which lessens our productivity. 5) Managers have no trust on employees instead interfere the work we do in multiples levels with multiple employees 6) Loose talks from Managers 7) Micro Level management form managers causing demotivation to employees. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 8) Less onsite opportunities and though given with such opportunities, Indian management does not offer the actual pay given by the onsite management, instead they offer the least pay as allowance and not even an onsite pay is given</mark>. This is not a good attitude for a product company. 9) Show billing for 8.5 hrs. but making us work for 16 hours. 10) though there is an allocation of 10 hrs. of some work, manager will expect us to work in 2 hrs. including adhoc works such as PPT, QC metrics, lesson leant etc., 11) Making us work offline on tacking leave even when we are not willing to work. 12) No work life balance. 13) Less time given for Juniors and laterals to understand the project and do the job with zero QC error. Pressure given during trainings to such resources. 14) Higher level management not bothered about such complaints raised against the mid-level managers. Overall management is too bad. 15) Overall, there are lots and lots more to expose about this company management, but unfortunately i cant type much here.
