Good team members, Not much pressure from overseas team, but internal management pushes to reduce time and leading to decrease in quality.

Dislikes

Management is worse, especially Umar and Nagaraj, please do not join their teams. You'll be working 15 hrs a day nd they will still give you no consideration for appraisal.

1. If you are a workaholic and you want to experience a good standard MNC culture. Then this is a good organization. 2. Salary, flexible timings, WFH, Team dinner's, occasional events. 3. Good leave policies.

1. Deadlines for projects. 2. Depending on your lead engineer you'll have the work stress. 3. Late night meetings.

Late meetings with extended work are unavailable. Multitasking is unavoidable. Management is not employment friendly. HR, Sijin needs the training to care for employees not otherwise. The yardstick to measure management performance could be clearly seen through the number of employees resigning. Manager is too bossy... Won't allow u to grow. Waukesha team people leaving the company but management is not caring why people are leaving the organisation. I don't know what US people are doing ther not looking at the Indian activities. Hr needs training... Total disappointment joining the organisation.
