If you don't have strong boss in Mumbai office then there will be heavy interference from an assistant of MD. She will make your life miserable by continuos calling and repeating same thing again and again. Company recruits in Mumbai and tells employee to visit plant frequently even if you don't have work in plant. Insist on traveling by train even if you are eligible.
