Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Good to join if you are fresher or else less experience. Saturday Sunday fix off we use to get. I had good teammate at my time. TL was not at good. You will get good learning for few months. If you do one wrong thing you will be out of all learning parts as your TL will thing you are not good in technology. Job Security is good as per my view and the director is good to keep your job secure. They will never ask you to leave. All good for few ppl. For me it was work from Home.

Dislikes

NO apparition in work and salary. No salary hike. Max hike you will get is 10%. No extra miles. If you do overtime no one cares. There is no one to help you if you are stuck in any project. No one will clap if you do good job in any project. You will get extra work on top of it. If you are good with that you will be in corner and no work will be given to you.
