New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

.... from January 2020 Tandon is handling the entire organization as per his wish.He will offer you good salary, but after a month he will sack you from job. Till date he has fired lots of employees like this. before joining pls. check online review. Previously it was Evolve Technologies & services Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2017 they sold it to Teamleae. So please consider this before joining. you will destroy your own career by joining this company.

Management of Tandon. Not even giving my FNF payment , most of the employees have file legal case against company for recovery of FNF payment even gratuity payment also not given by company. They have cheated all the existing employees who have completed 5 years services at Evolve Technologies by issuing just a simple service transfer letter and not paid any fnf amount.

Only salary is good. But no job security due to management is very bad and also owner of the company is very rude and annoying person.

Not even an office to say the least..the owners will boast about their company and talk about values but nothing will be documented and they will frame and trap the employees and will then terminate them in the name of dishonesty....even beginners should not go to this company ..
