nothing it has poor working conditions the environment is soo toxic the pay is terrible the senior workers dont contribute towards anything and the dont even help the junior workers they just need a person to do donkey work and take blame for all the responsibility

...e are looking into it. No policies ,not your internet bill will get reimbursed. No compensation benifits. Just wanted to aware you all that you deserve something professional and good ,I was been here for almost 1.5 yrs and it was worst till the date I even worked 13-14 hrs a day, probably this was my worst discussion to join here. The Google reviews and 5stars are given by stakeholders and owners only.

There is nothing to like about this company

...ional 7. Employees leaves the company within a month due to micro-management 8. Delays in salary slips that too after 2-3 moths 9. No friendly environment, no recognition or growth 10. Appraisals are also delayed, some employees are not getting appraisal from last 2 years.

Salary delayed upto 2 to 3 months and in situation like this pandemic reduced salaries upto 50% that also not on time

All non technical people filled in management level (including project managers) and just create work pressure on poor employees

its a very bad company. I will suggest not to join. they dont know how to behave with employees. the HR is the wife of ceo and the company rules are as per her mood lot of employees leave that company in 2-7 days.
