Evosys is a great place to work. There are a lot of opportunities for an employee to explore here. Onsite opportunity is quite early.One gets a chance to work on different technologies. Management and HR are very supportive. Overall, I'm satisfied being here in Evosys.

No one cares about your opinion and work life balance. No proper training. No ethics in policies even after you've signed on that. Really pathetic bond amount and real exploitation in amount.

Definitely gives a lot of exposure to learn Oracle Applications. Lots of onsite opportunities. They have lots of projects so usually resources have to stretch little bit due to insufficient resourcing. Work culture is good.

HR Policies are not Employee Friendly. Work life balance is less and needs to improve for sure.

Work culture is good but work life balance is dependent on the projects you will be working. For learning this company would be a great opportunity. If anyone wants to join who want to learn something then this is a very good platform for that, especially for freshers. Onsite opportunity will be the most common thing over here. You can expect that if you have a good skill both Communication and Technical skills.
