The company is open to innovation and readily adopts and focus only on Money. Waste of time and knowledge. There is no peace of mind to work, at the interview level they speak like innovative people but after joining the firm they will only speak about the money. They do the business by targeting the fresher and the final year students and make them to take the online test, if they not scored well then they will take them for counselling and ask them to pay for the course / internship. If they scored good marks for the whole day no one will take care of them and they are suppose walk out. For the final year project they give the counselling as like a top management after collecting the money from the candidate they will provide the project which done before 8 years or 10 years back which is not related to the topic. Many students struggled because of them and people gave the Police Complaint as well. If any of the candidate who comes for interview they will provide the 3 months or 1 month free internship and screw them and got the work with free of cost. In my career I have wasted 20 days in this firm and I was shocked by their activities in the review, first time I saw that the company themselves gave 60+ review with the positive feedback. And most important thing is, if anyone gave the negative feedback about them mean Ms. Rashmi / Mr. Damodar will take call to them and ask them to remove the same, if it not works, then the call will be landed to the parents of the reviewer and threaten them to remove, so automatically the negative feedback will get removed. Definitely I will also get the call regarding this, here I am waiting for the call to screw them. Guys don't waste your time by stepping that concern.

Dislikes

They won't give the salary as well. And they wont give any respect to the employees and the work, if they cheat the people and get the money mean they will be announced as Best Performer of the month. The Cheater and worse people playing and earning from the Student and their life, such a kind of people are surveying in the market. what is the Government is doing with this????
