The job security is good and the managers are very cooperative with junior staffs. Friendly environment with other staffs.

Dislikes

Promotion is the thing which is not good. You have to wait too long for promotion. Salary is very low for executive staffs.

...healthcare. management is self oriented. They treat Indian employee as donkey's. Promotions, good incentives, hike, bonus are for there people from Tajikistan only. Senior positions are reserved for tajik people, once any Indian employee start training his/her senior(tajik guy), after sometime he is worthless, they fire him or terminate him or start irritating so that he/she can resign by there own.

Management is very bad and favour given to only there Tajikistan people.

... this review they wouldn't even understand the meaning of these words. So sad. If there is a small chance they will save their money and not pay what is legally yours, they will definitely use it. And if there isn't, they will find it. Zero of diplomatic skills, competence and ability to work with people. These people only know the language of power and money. Don't waste your life working here, it doesn't worth it.

Impressed with big boss vision and mentor's operations, long tenure with company bring more attachment with work and company policies, got opportunities to explore my knowledge and learn new things, many more things which make me to like Evolet.

I like that there is no as such work pressure and there is a good balance between work and life.

1) Salary & Benefits are poor 2)Although there are various cultures in this company, and everyone should celebrate every culture, only Indians tend to participate in any kind of celebrations, whereas Tajiks do not participate in any which is not fair. 3) Timings & Rules are not equal for all employees and no action is taken
