Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Salary increments are very poor for low level employees, only those can survive who can bear a role of branch head to upper levels

Co workers are very friends and supportive as well

Dislikes

Showing favoritism and partiality towards coworkers, especially by a department manager, is unacceptable. Additionally, not receiving the promised incentives is a concern. It appears that a significant amount is allocated to favored individuals, which is unfair and biased.

Overall its a great pleasure to work with german technology and user friendly. All the ground staff members are friendly and free to talk. We can discuss doubts and subjects with senior technicians. Support from technicians are highly great.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Management dont care about the safety of workers. Doesnt have any proper working equipments. Overall top notch members of group doesnt have any close relation with ground staff members.
