Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very poor culture. No job security. Low sallary. This company doesn't have any commitments to their employees.They doesn't need any competent workers,only need some workers who is willing to work for them without sallary.They didn't provide any welfare facilities to their employees.I worked here almost 2.5 years still i didn't have any chair to sit,they claimed as they didn't have any fund for purchasing a chair,even the service manager doesn't have a cabin nor chair at this company🤣. This firm have a blame culture, every incident happened they blame their employees.
