I learnt new technologies at the start of my career at evive. But genuinely there was no such security since beginning.. office politics is at its peak. In the situation of pandemic people are treated like hell. They are making everyone mentally ill. Taking so much work from less no of employees and giving nothing in return not even appreciation. Everyone is trying to survive in that environment by keeping gun on someone else's shoulder. Learning wise it is awesome politics and everything is terrible.

No job security. No positive attitude from team leads. No specific training after entering to team.

One will find good teammates who could help overcoming your doubts. The lead and manager are very good. Life is comfortable here with flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Management's poor planning could affect your job. There could be a team change at any point of time according to the business needs irrespective of your skill set.
