Atos was Good previously, after acquiring Syntel, then the fall of Atos has started, worst policies of Syntel not employee friendly, this will be the worst decision that Atos had made Acquiring Syntel. 90% Managers are dumb they have any knowledge on new technologies and they even don't let other to grow as people may become competition to them. They can't survive in outside world other than this Syntel Company so called Atos Syntel.

Dislikes

Syntel Policies and Syntel business model is the worst thing, variable pay and hikes are worst , it's a very bad decision for Atos acquiring Syntel. Lots of internal politics, they will demotivate employees, not worth at all.

This place is very spacious and garden cafeteria transport facility are good.

...os was worst than all.here management are extremely brutal with their employees.Most of joined here by seeing good hike and bonus amount but later we realise all are worst. We are completed by management for unexpected work if we not able to do then they threatening for termination.They only do partiality who can buttering them and statewide no value for another state even you are doing well then exited state.If you have a tolerance level very high then it place is good for you.

It's a good IT company. Culture is very good. Employee strength is good. You have option to change the project/vertical if you are not happy with the current project.

Less hike. Compensation is below market standards.

...are not supporting to the employees who are on bench, instead they have started deducting more than half of salary, those employees are getting only basic pay..

Dislikes

... no refreshments, no quarterly party/picnic, not motivational factors are there. Yearly appraisal happens with 2%,4%,6% hike on their salary, nothing more. They do not give annual bonus as well. They provide free transport to it's KPO employees only not I.T. employees. IT employees are charged Rs.1800 per month.
