Heavy work,No Growth,No Salary Hike,Team won't share work properly .If we are having any issues with PC/Laptop they are asking to come to office for repair or replacement,They won't care for employees at all.Mostly me and my friends are in LOP for more than 6 months.

It's a good company to start your career as fresher, one can learn advanced technologies based on the project they are deployed into. Work life balance is there, the only concern is pay, you won't get nice pay for what you have worked for. Other than pay it's a good company to work , onsite opportunities are good, and again that depends on your experience and skills.

Dislikes

Salary, strict hours . Have to maintain 9 hours per day, overall 45 hours per week and they have a tracking tool too.

Syntel is so good company for freshers, can learn lot of technologies, and you will get a lot of onsite opportunities after 3-4 years if you stay in the organization. Management is good. Good working culture - you feel like a family.

Most pathetic company. They have no human values. The HR is worst. PMs are specially hired and trained to destroy your life. Once your billable time.is over, you become overburden to them.

I have observed some issues within the company that need addressing. Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.
