...get a project and billable. It is a good company to work but not for more years. The compensation they give annually is very poor.

When annual rating comes up every year they used to categorize people with certain rating without seeing their work efforts and what they did in the project.

cab service. parking.. no variable pay till AP3 role.

no technical training. no job security less salary for fresher.. 5 lakh bond for onsite. no transparency in appraisal system. no work from home sandwich leave policy... no extra money for working on Saturday or Sunday.. they provide compoff leave but with lots of term and conditions..

I have observed some issues within the company that need addressing. Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

I have worked almost 5 years there without increment and no promotion. If you put down your papers you will get hike otherwise nothing is going to happen

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently

...lly make bad strategic decisions The company is under Cash Crunch No appraisals. Deductions in Variable Pay outs. Average raise( if rolled out) will be between 6 to 8% No new projects/ accounts. Company will have to take minimum 5 years to achieve break even from the debt
