...lly make bad strategic decisions The company is under Cash Crunch No appraisals. Deductions in Variable Pay outs. Average raise( if rolled out) will be between 6 to 8% No new projects/ accounts. Company will have to take minimum 5 years to achieve break even from the debt

Spent a lot on infrastructure. Could’ve taken care of employees first.

... based on your performance but experience and favouritism skills that you carry. Worse Salary and Much favouritism resulting in loosing projects from clients. This company is never Employee Oriented! Would not recommend at all!

I have observed some issues within the company that need addressing. Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

No Matter whatever your contribution is manager will say you are doing your job as they are old timers in the company who don' want rate people as per their contribution will rate as always meets expectation and default hike of 1% will be given and there is no focus on employee recognition and retention for their skills, contribution or expertise they treat people like use and throw hire when there is demand get the work done and throw them out of the company simply avoid this company if you want a respectful job. There are lot of old timers settled in management role like there will be 10 old timers in management to do the work of one or two people in my project for 4 developers there are 6 managers and they will schedule calls for 2 hours for simple simple things and growth at higher levels is simply impossible as the management is filled with inefficient settled old timers

Eviden formally known as Atos was a good organisation to work with. Great culture,Job security etc..

Dislikes

After it’s acquisition to Syntel and other companies it went into a debt and employees are facing the hit now!!
