Likes

Work life balance is awesome. Most of the projects are europian or American, so travel opps are there. No of leaves are way more than what other companies offer and can be utilised without challenges.

Dislikes

Jobs not secure, they just fire if Bench aging is more than one month. Yearly salary increments are very bad. Admin and HR processes are badly messed up, nobody knows about policy clearly.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Not a good company for Lead and beyond. No hike. Insecure life as they can remove when on bench easily, regardless of your technology or no of years you served company.

1. You will be allowed to self-learn and deliver even in technologies which you are not experienced in 2. Many onsite opportunities but support to travel and is definitely a pain

Dislikes

1. work life balance 2. Salary hikes and promotion 3. H1 extension fillings and addressing RFE at onsite will be delayed till the last minute and you will be at the mercy of the support team to decide your future (RFE will not dealt by attorneys for response but by the offshore support team), so travelling with family will always be a nightmare and can change your career at any point

This place is very spacious and garden cafeteria transport facility are good.

Dislikes

...os was worst than all.here management are extremely brutal with their employees.Most of joined here by seeing good hike and bonus amount but later we realise all are worst. We are completed by management for unexpected work if we not able to do then they threatening for termination.They only do partiality who can buttering them and statewide no value for another state even you are doing well then exited state.If you have a tolerance level very high then it place is good for you.

It's a good IT company. Culture is very good. Employee strength is good. You have option to change the project/vertical if you are not happy with the current project.
