Campus was good (out side the buildings not inside).

Dislikes

... after takeover of syntel. Its worst than most of the indian services companies. they hardly pay variable in syntel so I decided to move out on first opportunity.

I have observed some issues within the company that need addressing. Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently

...lly make bad strategic decisions The company is under Cash Crunch No appraisals. Deductions in Variable Pay outs. Average raise( if rolled out) will be between 6 to 8% No new projects/ accounts. Company will have to take minimum 5 years to achieve break even from the debt

I had work life balance as there were not much work at ATOS. The had a decent package already.

There is no job sescurity in ATOS. I strongly recommend not to join the ATOS as they would throw anyone out when you are not. Although ATOS was not like this before 2 years. This is what happening in ATOS from 2023. The company actually is coming for closure/sale of its part of the properties due to heavy debts, hence there is a volatile situation. There are no new projects coming in and also many of the projects are getting cancelled. The biggest problem with the company is the management is not at all worth enough to run an MNC and hence the downtime, which in turn has no furture for the employees. There are much politics involved in ATOS.
