Mine was bad n terrible.I kept my status in the company as a consultant than a Employee and could always challenge in return. This was my second innings of my career and still successful in delivering the results and made my position indispensable. This helped me part company with him in good spirit. Over all I would say that it was bad experience.

Dislikes

Though the company claims to their clients that they follow all the above values as a resource management company ,nothing of the above process is followed.It is simply a single owner driven autocratic company run by a most unprofessional Marwari businessman with Hitlarean attitude. Does not believe in any Team work and in my tennure@ EVERSHINE I saw sizable employee turnover -people come n go very disgruntled. From my over 40 years of work experience in India and abroad my experience with Eevershine was disgusting and I also found that he is fraud as he has changed the name of the company from Evershine to Sakash. I carried on for a while beacuse I pratice fearless Management and kept him at a bay as I had nothing to loose since I was delivering the results .
