Working environment is good for working. Many new things or projects are available for learning. All team members and staff is good and helpfull

In evershine growth is very slow according to working. Sometimes i work 10-12 hour but at sallery time there is no appraisel. So some time this type of things are painfull for me and also for mu team members

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
