The shift pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14_16 hours in double shift there is no _ job training for freshers hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by steps which is a pain sometime but I don't never give up all the work and time because my thinking is without pain no gain so I have do the my 100% best performance
