Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. talented colleagues but bad environment

the company has a hire and fire policy. the pressure is toxic for the employees. people are scrutinized for everything, right from what time they are coming to work to how many break they are taking. i would highly recommend not joining this company as it has spoilt the career of many of the colleagues and now ex colleagues i know! not a good company to work

The only positive is some genuinely talented people as colleagues, and thats where the positives end!

Dislikes

Frustrating experience. The HR gives you no clarity on the scope of role and work. It feels like youre constantly in the dark. Evergent has a hire and fire policy, making the environment stressful and unstable. If you value self respect and career growth. never join Evergent. They spoiled mine and my colleagues' career

The diversify culture of Evergent is just fantastic besides the management (Operations/Human Resources/Senior Management) is well skilled to guide and support the individual. I started working in a small office and have seen Evergent growing big and continue to grow however, I had to move out for good due to severe health issues(Alok Kumar). Their cloud based infra and API development, monitoring and support model is competitive in todays market and just continue to elevate in technology!!
