Salary on time and due to acquiring by ingersoll rand the company has become somewhat valuable as a brand name on your CV.

Dislikes

Been here a year now. If you are coming as a sales engineers or asst/deputy manager in any region your life will be made hell by Vedansh. Do not join under him at any cost. My own 4-5 colleagues have quit because of him. They didn't even accept the 30-50% hikes offered to them due to him and now I also had to leave for the same reason last year.

Pay is good. Salary comes on time. Conveyance comes on time

Dislikes

Joined as a Sales engineer here. After our deputy manager left the organization our direct reporting came to Vedansh. Safe to say he doesn't know how to do his job, doesn't know any customers in his region and will throw all his work on you. This person will ruin your peace of mind and any will for working. Our whole team of 5 people quit because of him.

Everyone is supportive. In everest blowers, there are lots of learning opportunities and everyone is ready to support. Get time to complete the task properly.

Dislikes

No fair compensation. Salary are like pennies. No fair Medical Insurance. Thanks to India govt atleast workers get the ESI. Staffs are not that fortunate. Medical Insurance is only for name. Timing is strict. 9:00 AM means 9:00 AM

There is nothing to like here except sometimes the sweet talk from higher management. The work culture is fully biased. The AVP here Vikas Sawhney is soft on ladies and the MD Daksh Malhotra is world's number one Micer. He just knows how to make each employee as Sweated Labour

Dislikes

The salary hikes is fully biased. You may be giving your blood, sweat and Tears to this Company but the management and the MD Mr. Daksh Malhotra doesn't give a damn. You may be performing best and giving best to get something good for a better tomorrow and one day Mr. Daksh Malhotra will bring his friend/known at your parallel chair at atleast above 80% -90% of your salary (if not double).

...tes and seniors are very supportive and very helpful. Company policies are good. Salary hike is fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of error in their management field and they are not solving my department problems. Salary is normal amd career growth is slow.
