Job Title
Asst. Manager - Finance
Location : Bengaluru
About Us
Job Summary
Experience in finalizing/closing books of accounts under Indian GAAP
Experience in Accounting and Reporting for month-end reporting to Group Headquarters
Financial Accounting and Reporting. Monthly closure of books of accounts for Group / Parent entity
Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory financial statements under Indian GAAP
- Liaison with statutory auditors for completion of statutory audit
- Interpretation and understanding of Accounting Standards - Indian GAAP & US GAAP
- Liaison with tax consultants/auditors
Provide data for completion of tax audit
Provide details of intercompany transactions for transfer pricing report
Provide data for filing of income tax return
Provide data for annual audit under GST
- MIS report to Management
- Reconciliation of GL accounts including sub-ledger accounts
Basic Qualifications
- Qualified CA or CMA
Experience:- 4 to 5 years
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Work from office
Key Competencies
- Working knowledge on ERP
- Good communication skill
